Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Hon Handy Details website and mobile auto detailing services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Hon Handy Details provides professional mobile auto detailing services in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas, including:

• Interior detailing (basic and premium)
• Exterior detailing (basic and premium)
• Full detail packages
• Deep cleaning with seat removal
• Headlight restoration
• Engine bay cleaning
• Clay bar treatment
• Paint correction
• Ceramic coating
• Odor removal
• Fleet services for commercial clients

2. Booking and Appointments

2.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our online booking form, telephone at 380-247-9898, or email at Honhandy1@gmail.com.

2.2 Confirmation

All bookings are subject to confirmation. We will send a confirmation within 24 hours. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Customer Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to be present within 15 minutes without notification constitutes a no-show and will result in a $75 fee.
• Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances with as much notice as possible.

2.4 Arrival Window

We provide a 30-minute arrival window. Traffic or previous appointment delays may affect arrival time, and we will communicate significant delays.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing Structure

All prices are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, additional services, travel distance, and special cleaning requirements.

3.2 Quotes and Estimates

Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection. We will obtain your approval before performing services exceeding the original estimate by more than 20%.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle).

3.4 Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours for a re-clean at no charge. Refunds are provided only if we cannot complete the agreed-upon service.

4. Service Conditions

4.1 Vehicle Condition

By booking, you represent that you own the vehicle or have authorization, and that the vehicle does not contain hazardous materials or dangerous items.

4.2 Pre-Existing Damage

We document vehicle condition before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, manufacturer defects, or deteriorated materials.

4.3 Service Limitations

We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains (especially set-in or heat-damaged), odors in severely contaminated vehicles, or perfect results on neglected surfaces.

4.4 Hazardous Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service or charge additional fees ($80+) for biohazards, mold, excessive pet hair, paint spills, or safety hazards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
